Booth & Setup
Booth fee: $50. Due only upon acceptance. You will not be charged to apply. This application does not guarantee a space. We curate a variety of vendor types to give shoppers a well-rounded experience, and acceptance is at our discretion. Once paid, fees are non-refundable.

A 10 × 10 ft space on the Event Lawn. Bring your own tent, table, and chairs.

Food Truck · $50

A drive-in space near the parking entry. No vendor vehicles on the main lawn.

A 10×10 canopy is standard. If you plan to use a larger footprint, note it here and we'll confirm if space allows.

No vendor vehicles are permitted on the Event Lawn. All unloading is from the parking lot.

No electricity is available on the Event Lawn. Generators are permitted provided they do not disrupt neighboring vendors or shoppers. Plan your setup accordingly.
Future markets: Accepted vendors will be notified by email about upcoming Sandston Market events. The returning vendor fee for subsequent markets is $50.

Event

Sandston Market takes place Saturday, October 3, 2026 on the Event Lawn at Taylor Farm Park, Sandston, VA 23150. Vendor setup begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 9:00 AM. Vendors are welcome to arrive and set up anytime within that window. All vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 9:30 AM. Market hours are 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. Vendors are required to remain open and staffed for the full duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted.

Space & Equipment

Each booth includes a 10×10 ft marked space only. Vendors must supply their own canopy (properly weighted for outdoor use), table, and seating. No equipment is provided by Sandston Market. Food trucks are assigned a drive-in space near the parking entry. No vendor vehicles are permitted on the main Event Lawn. All unloading must occur from the parking lot.

Fees

Application Deadline: September 10, 2026. Payment Deadline: September 14, 2026. The booth fee is $50. Submitting this application is free and does not guarantee a space. Acceptance is at our discretion. Once paid, fees are non-refundable. Payment instructions will be included in your acceptance notice. Spaces not paid for by September 14 may be released to other vendors. Applicants are reviewed on a rolling basis for all seasonal Sandston Market events.

Products

All products must match what is described in this application. Sandston Market reserves the right to limit duplicate vendor types and to ask vendors to remove items or vacate if their offerings are inconsistent with the application or disruptive to the event. Any new products added after acceptance must be approved in writing.

Food Permits & Business Compliance

Vendors selling prepared food are solely responsible for obtaining all required permits prior to the event. All vendors are responsible for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations for their business.

Electricity & Power

No electricity is available on the Event Lawn. Vendors must plan their setup accordingly. Generators are permitted provided they do not disrupt neighboring vendors or shoppers.

Future Markets

Applicants are reviewed on a rolling basis for all seasonal Sandston Market events. Accepted vendors will be notified by email about upcoming markets. The booth fee for subsequent seasonal markets is $50.

Property

Sandston Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property at the event. Vendors are responsible for securing their own inventory and equipment.

Weather

The market runs rain or shine. Full cancellation by organizers results in a fee refund. No refunds are issued for weather disruptions that do not result in full cancellation.

Photography

By participating, vendors consent to being photographed or filmed for Sandston Market marketing and social media use.
